In April 1999, Mr. Georgi founded Soros Real Estate Partners and became its Managing Partner, overseeing all of the Soros Quantum group of funds' real estate related investments including the fundraising of a new $1 billion international private equity fund, Soros Real Estate Investors, CV.

Prior to joining Soros, Mr Georgi spent 9 years with Goldman Sachs in real estate and private equity related businesses including moving to Europe in 1994 to start up Goldman's real estate investment efforts for the Whitehall Real Estate Fund in Europe.

Mr Georgi currently acts as a director of Mapeley Limited., the AWON Group, MedGroup Inversiones, Ishin Hospitality, Northstar Capital Investment Corp., Millennium Partners and Dolce International. Mr Georgi is also a national board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Mr Georgi graduated with honors of both Williams College and the Harvard Business School.
