Mapeley recognised a significant uplift in value and capital receipts following the disposal of a prominent site in South West London.

Kew Sorting Office was a 2,787sq m warehouse facility, on a site area of 1.020 hectares.  The site was sold unconditionally to a residential house builder where planning was secured for a residential development of apartments and houses.
