Responsibilities to include:
 
  • Managing construction projects ranging from small scale maintenance works through medium scale refurbishment to large scale new build projects.
  • Responsible for supply chain relationships within a partnering environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to timescale and financial budgets.
  • Managing on the basis of lifecycle.
  • Responsible for quality in both process and product.
  • Managing in the public sector/PFI environment.
  Candidates should ideally have:
 
  • 10 years experience in PM positions on public sector large scale maintenance and refurbishment programmes of commercial and office buildings.
  • Knowledge of current project management techniques.
  • Preferably a degree in a mainstream building environment discipline.
  • Related professional qualifications.
  • Computer literate in all main software packages including Powerproject and Suretrack.
  Salary:
