Mapeley, the specialist provider of serviced business space, announces today that it has appointed John Heywood to its executive committee as MIS Director.
John, who will take responsibility for the management of all of Mapeley's information systems, joins from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in the US where he was Vice President and Regional Director of the High Growth Consulting Practice, focusing on providing services in merger integration, business strategy, financial reporting systems implementation and integration, organizational change and strategic asset management advice. Previously John worked for Lend Lease Corporation, where he was Chief Information Officer in Sydney, Australia and Senior Vice President and Global CIO of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Atlanta, Georgia.
John has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Economics) degree from University of Technology, Sydney, and is an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
