Mapeley Ltd, the specialist provider of serviced business space, announces that it has let two floors of Euston Tower to the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (�ACAS�).

ACAS have taken floors 22 and 23, totalling 1,814 sq m (19,846 sq ft), at market rates for 17 years (the remainder of the lease on the building) with no breaks and the first rent review in March 2005. This deal, in combination with the deal signed with WS Atkins to take 9 floors (8,382 sq m / 91,700 sq ft), means there are only two floors left available within Euston Tower, totalling 1,828 sq m (20,000 sq ft). 
Jamie Hopkins, Property Director of Mapeley, commented: 
�We have now successfully let over 85% of the building to three major tenants with strong covenants. It is credit to both the property team here at Mapeley and the agents at DTZ acting on our behalf that we achieved such deals in a difficult time for the property market. These deals have left us with only the 20th and 21st floors to be let totalling 20,000 sq ft of fully refurbished Grade A space.�
