Mapeley Ltd, the specialist provider of serviced business space, is pleased
to announce the appointment of 11 executives to its property management team.
This follows the decision announced by Mapeley earlier in the year to take
in-house the estate property management services.
The team, which reports to Jameson (Jamie) Hopkins, Property Director at
Mapeley is led by:
Paul Collins MRICS ~ STEPS Contract Manager
Paul has been with
Mapeley since the start of the STEPS Contract in April 2001. He was formerly
Director of Property for Youngs Brewery Plc prior to which he held senior
property and operational roles in both the private and public sectors.
Richard King BSc (Hons) MRICS ~ Senior Property Manager, South
Region
Richard was previously at Frogmore Estates, where he worked in
Asset Management.
Richard Harris BSc FRICS ~ Property Manager, South East
Region
Richard joins Mapeley from Cushman and Wakefield Healey &
Baker where he worked in Asset Management for several in-house funds and joint
venture clients.
Mark Preston MRICS MSc BLE ~ Property Manager, Scotland and the North East.
Mark previously worked as an Asset Management Surveyor with Boots Properties
in Nottingham.
Kevin A Eastwell FRICS ~ Property Manager, Northern Region
Kevin
was formerly Director of Property with Punch Inns PLC and before that Head of
Property Services WAGN & C2C rail (National Express Group PLC)
Chris Leeks MRICS ~ Property Manager, Central & Anglia
Region
Chris has worked in both private practice and for a property
company. He joined Mapeley in August 2001.
Michael Ball ~ BSc MRICS ~ Property Manager, South West
Region
Michael joins Mapeley from Charles Price &
Company.
Jerry Mabbott FRICS ~ Property Manager, North West Region
Jerry has
previously worked for Delancey, Colliers CRE and Goddard & Smith Dealing
with retail agency, professional work, management and asset management.
Mark Ralph ~ Property Strategy Manager
Mark has expertise in
Relocations, IT Project Management & Accommodation Strategy and was
previously with British Telecom, Shell and NCR.
Marcus Levico BSc ~ Estates Surveyor
Marcus works on Special
Projects, investigating and generating additional property income streams across
the Mapeley estate. He was formerly with Marconi.
Louise Baker BSc (Hons) ~ Estates Surveyor
Louise joins Mapeley from
Nottingham Trent University
