tension in pricing, and by leveraging off existing infrastructures. Competition
is maintained throughout the contract period, encouraging continuous improvement
and efficiency gains. Equally, if the sub-contractor fails to perform, Mapeley
is able to change providers quickly and smoothly, reducing performance risk for
both the client and Mapeley.
If a client has a particular partner/supplier whom they wish to retain then
we can accommodate that. We will not, however, lay off our responsibility to
third parties. Mapeley presents genuine "one stop shop" remaining accountable
for all aspects of the service delivery.
