Mapeley is ready to let the largest amount of office space being marketed in a single West End building.

This week, the Soros?backed outsourcing specialist completed refurbishing 14.400m2 (155,000 sq ft) of space at Euston Tower, NW1, one of the capital's tallest buildings. It has instructed letting agent DTZ to find tenants at �484.40 per m2 (�45 per sq ft).

Mapeley has spent around �1,075 per m2 (�100 per sq ft) on the redevelopment of the 14 floors, each around 1,020 m2 (11,000 sq ft). The space, previously occupied by the Inland Revenue, was acquired by Mapeley as part of the STEPS portfolio of 723 Customs & Excise and Inland Revenue sites last year.

Mapeley CEO Robin Priest said: "The Euston Tower refurbishment has created space that will meet the needs of the most demanding of occupiers. We feel such high?quality produce will be welcomed, given the undersupply in the West End market."
