Richard Mully is a managing partner of SREP with responsibility for SREP's strategy and transactions
in Europe. Prior to joining SREP, Mr. Mully was the chief executive officer of European Property Partners,
LLC and a managing director and head of European merchant banking for the Prudential Insurance Company
of America ("PRICOA"). Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mully was a partner and managing director of Bankers
Trust Company ("BTC"). While at BTC he was one of the sponsors of the original Mapeley consortium in the bid
for project PRIME. Mr Mully is currently a member of the board of directors of Europlex Cinemas and MedGroup
Inversiones.
