Miltos Kambourides is a member of Soros Real Estate Partners (SREP) with a special emphasis on complex structured finance projects and technology.
Mr. Kambourides spent two years at Goldman Sachs in Europe where he worked with Mr. Richard Georgi in the Real Estate
Principal Investment Area that manages Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds. Among other
transactions, he was a core member of the team which successfully acquired the U.K. Department of Social Security
Estate (project PRIME), one of the largest and most innovative real estate transactions in U.K. history, and
which mobilised Trillium, a company incorporated to execute the PRIME contract. His work at project PRIME was
rewarded with the Goldman Sachs Innovation Award in 1998.
Mr. Kambourides graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received a B.S. and a M.S. in
Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Mathematics.
