Lyndon Hoare joined Mapeley in November 2000 as the Human Resources (HR) Director, with responsibility for establishing the HR department and implementing a staff recruitment programme, HR policies & procedures and staff benefits. She has also been involved in advising on staff transferring under the STEPS Contract, ensuring as smooth a transition as possible.
Lyndon's professional background includes experience as a training manager and in personnel roles in a range of client focussed companies including investment banking at Merrill Lynch, a legal firm and in employment services at Manpower.
From 1990 to 1998 Lyndon was Director, Personnel of London Business School, and worked in HR at The Economist Newspaper before joining Mapeley; she brings to Mapeley considerable experience in change management and broad knowledge of employment law.
Lyndon has a Bachelors degree in social sciences and in 1996 gained a Masters degree, with merit, in Human Resources Management.
