Kevin Cook has joined Mapeley Limited as Regional Director for the North East of England.
Kevin is a professionally qualified Facilities Manager with comprehensive experience in management of
office accommodation and facilities to a diverse range of customers with demanding operational needs
and a requirement for the highest standards of support services.
He has developed and implemented Estate Management and FM strategies for major Government Agencies in
long-term PFI partnership contracts.
His early career was spent in the construction industry acquiring expertise in building work procurement
and works management.
Kevin is currently studying part time for his MBA with Durham Univeristy Business School.
