As Regional Director, Colin is responsible for the Mapeley business in the South West of England and
South Wales.
Coming principally from an operations management background, Colin has held national responsibility
for the delivery of FM services to blue chip UK corporates with contract turnovers in excess of �30
million per annum. He has also bid and won business for a leading UK FM company and has set up a new
FM enterprise.
In a previous Regional Director's role, Colin was responsible for the proactive management of a
public utility's building stock including property redevelopment and management.
He has also acted as Project Manager for the construction of high tech, open plan offices and the
wholesale relocation of over 2,500 people including occupier liaison and move management.
As Project Manager Colin was also responsible for key retail and office development schemes and
novel M&E; projects.
Colin is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Masters degree in Management Sciences.
