Anne Simmons has gained considerable facilities management experience in both service delivery and consulting capacities. She has been instrumental in designing and developing company management systems and documentation and mobilising FM contracts to a value of � 4-5 million. More recently, Anne has delivered a large constancy assignment investigating the viability of a single service PFI, and developing the support services aspect of the MoD, whitehall PFI bid to operational status, including undertaking the necessary due diligence and negotiation with potential suppliers.
