Mapeley is awarded ISO9001:2000 certification

Mapeley is proud to be able to report that it is a registered company against the International Standard for Quality Management Systems ISO9001:2000. External approval was granted by the accredited certification body Lloyds Register Quality Assurance in August 2003.

Implemented by some 610,000 organisations in 160 countries ISO9001:2000 is one of the most widely known standards ever.

ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a quality management system for any organisation that needs to demonstrate its ability to continuously improve and consistently provide a service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

Mapeley has achieved these requirements through the development and implementation of a bespoke system known as �iQ� that houses all the appropriate documentation and procedures governing the operation of the quality management system.
