Approved suppliers go through a rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure their suitability. We will only pre-qualify suppliers when a particular business need for works or services is identified.

- trade exhibitions
- advertising in journals/press - local and national
- reputation and recommendation
When procuring on behalf of our Government clients, EU Procurement Rules apply and the opportunity to tender is advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
E-Procurement
Mapeley implemented its Corporate Procurement Card for payment of low value, high transaction goods and services. Where possible, suppliers should be capable of accepting payment by this means.
