We own, manage or operate 1,670 properties covering some 2.4 million square metres. We have a solid presence in every major town and city across the UK.
The properties in our portfolio fall into two categories -Outsourcing and Direct Property Investments, although the characteristics of the properties in each category are very similar.
The size and range of our portfolio has enabled us to develop:
- significant expertise in property management
- first-hand knowledge of regional markets
- co-operative relationships and contacts with local owners, brokers and tenants
- an understanding of the needs and behaviour of public sector and corporate tenants.
As at 30 June 2008, the total value of our 1670 properties was over £2 billion.
